- Eight years of consulting with small, mid, and large biopharmaceutical companies in driving different facets of commercial execution, including Launch Excellence
- Has provided sales execution guidance for brands in several markets, including neurology (Parkinson’s, TD, RLS), CNS (depression, schizophrenia), hemophilia, oncology, diabetes, asthma, Hep C, immunology and anti-infective
- Earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of
- Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Business
- Management and Administration from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University
Senior Vice President
- Strong biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including training, leadership development, sales and sales leadership
- Served as Associate Director of Commercial Learning and Development for Gilead Sciences
- Served as Director of Training and Development for Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, where she led launch training initiatives and a co-promotion partnership
- Held several leadership roles at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, including
- Training Manager and Senior Sales Manager
- She began her career at Merck Human Health Division, where she held positions in hospital sales, training, and recruiting
- Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from the College of
- Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, University of California, Davis
Account Executive
- Strong biopharmaceutical experience with extensive expertise in sales, strategic planning, infrastructure design/build, and sales force targeting and effectiveness
- Diverse background across numerous therapeutic areas, including anti-infectives, CNS, cardiovascular, pain management, oncology, and neuroscience
- Most recently, they served as Senior Vice President of Syneos Health, providing
- 360-degree support and commercial expertise for clients on a broad range of commercial capabilities
- Held senior commercial leadership positions, including sales leadership, operations, and brand leadership at Eisai and Bristol-Myers Squibb
- Earned a BBA degree in Business Administration/Marketing from James Madison University
Senior Consultant
- Rich biopharmaceutical and pharmacy services experience with extensive knowledge and skill in sales, sales training, product launches, strategic account selling, sales force targeting and effectiveness, joint venture partnerships, and hospital operations
- Diverse therapeutic experience, including dermatology, neuroscience, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and anti-infectives
- Served at Bristol-Myers Squibb in numerous senior sales leadership roles, building, training, and leading high-performing Specialty, Hospital and Primary Care sales teams
- Most recently, he served as Corporate Liaison for a hospital pharmacy management company, where he was responsible for assessing hospital C-suite satisfaction and expanding pharmacy services
- Earned a B.S. in Industrial Management with an Applied Science Minor of
